Keep it shareable
A Wrapped goes to everyone, so nothing in it should create customer liability.
- Shipped items: only items from the deck’s delivered slides, and only what’s generally available. Skip beta and preview items.
- Upcoming items: only the deck’s headline themes, with no dates or counts. Keep the disclaimer on, and keep mock screens tagged Illustrative, with sample data.
- Leave out: customer and prospect names, deals, pricing, third-party model names, internal problems and chat participant names.
What the editor checks
- Prices, and words like “free” and “discount”.
- Promises and dates, like “will ship” or “by the end of”.
- Beta, preview, pilot and early-access items.
- Third-party model and vendor names.
- Capitalized names it doesn’t know, in case they’re customers.
- Layout: text that may not fit, lists that are too long, and the total length.
If something flagged is fine, click It’s fine. That’s saved in the JSON, so it isn’t flagged again. Hidden scenes aren’t checked, and the checks can’t catch everything, so read it through once before you share it.

- Words in [square brackets] are highlighted.
- Numbers count up. Write a word, like “fifty”, and it shows as written.
- The eye button hides a scene without deleting it.
- Aim for 45 to 60 seconds in total.
